Conditions
These Terms & Conditions cover the Hill Bend Park website, hillbendpark.org, including the tenant portal, and the Hill Bend Park text messaging program. By using the website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
Website and tenant portal
The tenant portal lets Hill Bend Park tenants view their rental details, manage service preferences and pay rent online. Keep your login details private and keep your contact information up to date. Online payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Your rental itself is governed by your rental agreement with Hill Bend Park.
SMS Terms
Program: Hill Bend Park Tenant Alerts. Hill Bend Park sends text messages to tenants who have agreed to receive them. Messages are about your own rental account and park services, for example:
- Reminders when a rent payment is past due.
- Propane service reminders, if you have opted in to propane delivery.
- Other important notices about your account or space.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
SMS Terms: how you opt in
You agree to receive texts by checking the text message consent box when you create a tenant portal account, by turning on Text Message Reminders in the tenant portal, by signing a rental form that includes text message consent, or by telling park staff that you agree. Consent is not a condition of renting a space.
SMS Terms: message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
SMS Terms: how to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also turn off Text Message Reminders in the tenant portal or contact us.
To start receiving texts again, reply START or turn text reminders back on in the tenant portal.

SMS Terms: carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
